Guess What! We went to Oahu! 
We drove down Pali and saw the vertigo-inducing cliffs over which the last battle for Oahu was fought.
We admired the local flora
Stumbled across a Scottish festival in Waikiki
Driving a ridiculous car (it was the only one they had, I swear!)
Seeing the Falls of Clyde, where Grandpa Nagasawa was the cook between San Fransisco and Hawaii in the first decade of the 20th century, or so the legend goes. There apparently are no ships records before the 40s or so.
Rosie saying "fishies" because we could see them swimming in the perfect beautiful coral in the harbor, getting chopped up by the cruise boat.
We ate at TWO buffets. It was delicious, but never again.
We went to the temple and found tranquility
And had a lovely trip overall!
